11th February 2021: The John Sisk & Son team at the Circle Square Vita Living project in Manchester achieved sectional completion of Buildings 7 & 8.
This development is positioned at the centre of the Circle Square masterplan and provides 266 private rental apartments with high quality amenity space for residents to enjoy views over Symphony Park and Manchester City Centre from the roof terrace.
The building forms a backdrop to Symphony Park using white bespoke profiled terracotta cladding that contrasts the earthy tones of the perimeter buildings and creates a modern interpretation of the local Victorian architecture.
