Block C of the Spencer Dock Development comprised the shell & core contract for five adjoining 8-storey office blocks, located over a double basement on a dense urban site. The main office buildings were clad in stone with elaborate glazing and atrium features. The fit-out of the signature HQ for PwC, in Blocks C1 to C3, was subsequently negotiated by Sisk.

The 22,000m² fit-out was completed on a phased basis which required the early phased handover of IT, comms rooms and office floors without any disruption. A significant challenge at project completion was the moving of 2,000 PwC staff from their old office to the new office over a weekend ensuring all IT, Data, Catering and HVAC elements were ready and in place.
