28,500m2 of pharmaceutical buildings enable the manufacture of drug administration components and systems for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer product industries.
This project required the construction of a large manufacturing plant on a greenfield site in Knockhouse, Co. Waterford. Warehousing, administrative, technical and utility support functions were provided within the building envelope. The scope of works included:
- Site Establishment including Site Compound and Security
- Underground Drainage Systems: Surface, Process and Foul Water
- Underground Water Main Systems: Potable, Process and Fire
- Road Lighting
- Earthing and Lightning Protection of the Substructure.
- Underground Ductwork: Electrical, Street Lighting, Telecoms Systems.
- Civil Works associated with Gas and Electrical Power Supplies.
Three storey in-situ concrete frame structure, encompassing 4 separate buildings.
