Tuesday 18th May 2021:           John Sisk & Son is today unveiled as one of the ‘Valuable 500’, a list of 500 global companies committed to disability inclusion. Our pledge is based on our drive to raise awareness around the specific disability of mental ill-health.

Over the last two years, and through the I Am Here programme in particular, the company has dedicated to build a workplace where a culture of care and compassion prevail; where it’s OK to ask for help if and when you need it. I Am Here is based on a network of Tribe members and Ambassadors. We currently have over 500 Tribe members and are aiming to reach 1,000 by year’s end.

The Valuable 500 was launched at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting at Davos in 2019, and since then some of the most recognisable businesses from across the world have joined this campaign for inclusion, including Allianz, BBC, the Coca-Cola Company, Deloitte, EY, Google, Microsoft and P&G.

Sisk and the other 499 companies that have signed up have also committed to sharing best practice with, and learn from, each other when it comes to disability inclusion.
