Located in the heart of the London’s Regent Street, this high profile project involved the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed office building, which remained partially in occupation with retail trading continuing on the ground floor throughout.

This project formed part of the Crown Estate’s Regent Street Vision Investment strategy, which is a £1bn, 20 year programme of regeneration for Regent Street. This fits perfectly with Sisk’s policy to prioritise opportunities with long term repeat business potential.

Winning the tender required a robust logistics strategy as the site is bounded by Regent Street, with its high public footfall, and additionally accommodating the ongoing business requirements of the nearby Café Royale and Quadrant Arcade.

We secured this contract against tough competition, however our in-depth understanding of the scheme and our innovative temporary works solutions, together with our proven track record in consistently delivering challenging schemes for the Crown Estate ensured our appointment as principal contractor.
