Stay City Apartments, Mark Street achieved practical completion in November 2021 and comprises 142 design focussed studios and one bed apartments over five floors. Each apartment was fully fitted-out with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces and ensuite.
The Ground floor has a reception area, food prep and café area, Laundry, Office, staff area and a fitness room. The plant area is located on the roof and in the basement.
