Throughout the programme you will gain first-hand experience from many different areas of the business as you rotate across various sites, projects and countries, developing in-depth knowledge of the company itself and the practical and interpersonal skills required to be successful. In addition, you'll take on real responsibilities from the first day giving you the opportunity to become a key member of the team as you start to build the foundations of your career.
