You will join John Sisk on the Excelerate programme; a structured four year commitment to you which has your development at its core. Throughout the programme you will gain first-hand experience from many different areas of the business as you rotate across various sites and projects, developing in-depth knowledge of the company itself and the practical skills required to be successful. In addition, you'll take on real responsibilities from the first day giving you the opportunity to become a key member of the team as you start to build the foundations of your career.
Practical hands on experience is combined with numerous learning modules aimed at equipping you with the tools to perform at your best and achieve the highest level possible.
You will be allocated a mentor to support and guide you for the duration of the 4 year programme. Along with professional and personal advice they will help identify areas for development and provide feedback on reports you complete. This will enable you to build a relationship with an experienced member of the Sisk team. This point of contact will enable you to get an alternative perspective on your work and ensure that your progress is being tracked to assist you in reaching your full potential.
