Following the successful redevelopment of Wembley Arena, John Sisk & Son has been awarded a number of projects as part of the £3.8bn Wembley City Regeneration Scheme for Quintain Estates & Development Ltd.

Forum House (Wembley W01) consisted of the design and construction of 286 quality, modern apartments. The complex has basement car parking, community and retail areas and features a landscaped public open space to the central courtyard area. An under floor heating system is provided from a central plant system within the basement. Also included is an innovative underground rubbish removal and disposal system.

Quadrant Court (Wembley W04), located opposite Forum House, was completed in late 2009. This project involved the construction of 234 apartments for mixed private and affordable use, together with a primary health centre to meet local needs. On the ground floor there is a retail unit, over a basement car park.

John Sisk & Son has been awarded a number of international, national, and community awards for this project, delivering excellence in construction, safety and sustainability.

The British Safety Council selected Wembley W04 for an International Safety Award for Sisk’s positive safety culture and emphasis on safe and healthy working practices. The project was also awarded a Bronze Considerate Constructors Award and was particularly commended for the cleanliness, environmental and safety aspects of the site.

Continuing in success, Quadrant Court won Best Social and Affordable Housing and Best Sustainability project in the LDSA (London District Surveyors Association) Building Excellence Awards 2010 in recognition of their high standards of construction and workmanship.

The most recent contract awarded to John Sisk & Son is the mixed use Wembley W05 scheme, comprising of a 600 unit student accommodation block and a 375 room Hilton Hotel which will be completed in time for the 2012 Olympic Games. Nearby Wembley stadium is the venue for the football events.
