The development at Limerick Greyhound Stadium included the construction of a Greyhound Racing Stadium and Ancillary Development Works including:
- Development of Racecourse and Head Office for Bord na gCon
- Stadium – 4 storey building with kingspan roof panels and a large 40m by 5m planar glazing façade including dining areas, tiered seating, bars, dance floor and kitchens.
- Offices – three floors, ground and first fitted out with laboratory, staff canteens and open plan offices.
- Construction of Kennel Block to house the dogs during trials and race meetings.
- Construction of 500 metre Greyhound Racing Track (480-metre internal circumference and 510-metre external circumference). The track comprises two layers of sand, silica sand placed on top layer.
- Construction of parking facilities for greyhound trainers vehicles.
- Construction of coach parking facilities.
