Sisk completed the refurbishment of the south block of the Grosvenor House building located on London’s prestigious Park Lane. This major renovation project delivered 133 six-star serviced apartments which offer spectacular views over Hyde Park and the City Skyline. The works included internal fit out of nine floors, together with extensive structural alterations.
 
Each apartment now has a bespoke kitchen and bathroom and the latest in audio and visual entertainment systems. The apartments range in size from studios of 484ft2 to the penthouses which range from 1940ft2 to 2370ft2 complete with internal water feature pools. The rooms were finished with specialist glazed paint to the walls, wide plank oak flooring to the living and bedroom areas and rich mahogany finished furniture. The bathrooms and wet room areas comprise heated granite floors and basalt walls with rainfall showers, hand-cut basalt sinks and separate double-ended bathtubs.
 
The project was delivered on a congested site whilst other parts of the hotel, Grand Ballroom and conferencing facilities continued to function unimpeded.
