This London flagship 392 bedroom hotel was delivered on budget and three weeks ahead of schedule, magnificently transforming Lowndes House, a Grade II Listed building which was once the headquarters for the sewing machine giant, Singer.
John Sisk & Son embraced the challenge of stripping parts of the building back to their original structure in order to accommodate bedrooms that meet the needs of modern guests, while retaining the building’s essential identity and grandeur. In other areas, our skilled team restored the listed timber panelled meeting rooms to their former glory.
A new seven storey concrete and Metframe structure was linked to the rear of Lowndes House to complete one of the hotel chain’s largest and most ambitious ventures to date.
