A477 St Clears to Red Roses Improvement Project

Sisk / Roadbridge Joint Venture (SRB) completed £68m of improvements on the section of the A477 between St Clears and Red Roses, which the Transport Minister Edwina Hart has described as a "vital" part of the trans-European road network.
Mrs Hart said the road is "another example" of the Welsh Government's commitment to improving Wales' transport infrastructure, which is "critical" to improving the country's economic competitiveness.

The event, now in its fourth year was attended by almost 300 of the country’s top architects, designers, engineers, building contractors and manufacturers. Dragados Sisk Joint Venture's (DSJV) Victoria Tunnel Boring Machine breaks into Whitechapel Station

Crossrail’s train tunnels are three quarters complete following the breakthrough of the Victoria TBM into Whitechapel station.
The 150m long machine broke into the huge underground space at Whitechapel where work is taking place 35 metres below the surface to create over a kilometre of new platform and passenger tunnels for the new Crossrail station.
