John Sisk & Son are looking for talented graduates to join ‘Excelerate’, our four year graduate development programme, designed to put you in good stead to work towards professional accreditation and chartership during and shortly after the completion of the programme. If you have recently graduated or are due to graduate with a good Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or Commercial / Quantity Surveying degree in summer 2017 and are passionate about building a career with a leading building contractor, then we may be just right for you! You will complete a series of placements across the business (ranging between 3-12 months each), supplemented by high-quality professional training to ensure that you develop a broad range of skills and experience. You therefore must be geographically mobile across our domestic market (England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and in some cases – continental Europe). You will be a team player, have fresh ideas and be prepared to challenge us and yourself every step of the way.
