Situated in the heart of the thriving Dublin 2 business district, Park Place sets a new standard in European office development. The eight storey office development over basement car park, sub-basement archives and plantroom altogether occupies almost 27,000 m2. The site provides a unique retail space of 2,200 m2 created from the vaulted substructure of the former Harcourt Street Railway Terminus.
