  • Paul Hackett
    Regional MD - Ireland East & UAE
    BE Civil Engineering, MIEI

    Paul joined John Sisk in 1979 as a Graduate Engineer progressing to Contracts Manager in 1986 and was appointed Regional Director in 1995. He joined the Main Board of Sisk in 1999 where he has responsibility for all projects in the Eastern Region of Ireland. In 2010 he was appointed Managing Director of Sisk Middle East Business Unit.

  • Ajaz Shafi
    Regional MD - UK South

    Ajaz joined Sisk as General Manager for the Middle East in August 2013. Ajaz is a Civil Engineer and has over 25 years experience working for major contracting organisations in the UK, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan. Ajaz’s experience covers a diverse range of challenging and complex project delivery including: Airports, Rail, Highways, Tunnels, Ports, Water works and Buildings.

    Ajaz has responsibility for the UK South business as Regional Managing Director and as General Manager for the UAE business.

  • Maura Toles
    Director of Finance

    Maura is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has had a varied financial career spanning several key sectors. Maura joined Sisk in 2001 as Group Accountant for the Investment Holding Company and in 2012, she moved to the Construction Business as Finance Director with responsibility for Ireland & UK. She is a member of the Central Construction Management Team.

    Stephen joined the company in September 2015.  With over 40 years experience, most recently with Kier Group plc, Stephen brings a strong track record of success in the senior leadership of major construction organisations.

  • Tony Sheridan
    Health, Safety, Quality, Environment & Sustainability Director
    MSc Environment, H&S Management

    Tony joined the company in 1998 as Regional Safety Manager.  He was promoted to his current role in 2007 where he has overall responsibility for the resourcing, planning and sustaining of international standards such as ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001:2008.

    As part of the Sisk Management Team  he developed and managed the introduction of a ‘Zero Incident, Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Snag’ philosophy for Sisk. This change management practice was launched in October 2010 and is now implemented on all Sisk Projects.

    Tony is a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
